These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Taglo platform, mobile applications, website, creator programmes, monetisation systems, AI features, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using Taglo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must meet the minimum legal age requirements applicable in your country, state, or region to use the Platform.
Access to certain creator, monetisation, payout, affiliate, or promotional features may also be subject to additional age, identity verification, payment provider, or legal requirements imposed by Taglo Labs Ltd, Stripe Connect, affiliate partners, payment providers, or applicable laws.
To access certain features, you must create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring information remains accurate.
Taglo is a social commerce platform focused on fashion discovery.
Users retain ownership of uploaded content. By uploading content, users grant Taglo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, analyse, promote, and use content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
Taglo may use AI systems for product recognition, tagging, recommendations, and content organisation. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and users remain responsible for verifying published content.
Users must not engage in unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or infringing conduct.
Taglo participates in affiliate marketing programmes operated by third-party retailers and affiliate networks. Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed and may be subject to reversals, refunds, chargebacks, tracking failures, fraud reviews, retailer disputes, or payment provider restrictions.
Participation in creator monetisation features is subject to these Terms, payment provider requirements, affiliate network rules, and applicable laws.
Applicants to the Taglo Founding Creator programme must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of application regardless of the general minimum age otherwise permitted under Section 2.
(a) Acceptance into the Taglo Founding Creator programme is at the sole discretion of Taglo Labs Ltd. Reservation of a username and submission of a Founding Creator application does not guarantee approval.
(b) Taglo Labs Ltd reviews applications based on criteria including (but not limited to) demonstrated fashion-related content, audience engagement, alignment with Taglo's community standards, and available capacity within the programme.
(c) Taglo Labs Ltd may reject any application without providing specific reasons, and may at any time withdraw Founding Creator status where a participant breaches these Terms or other applicable policies.
(d) The Founding Creator programme is capped at 500 approved Founding Creators globally. Applications received after the cap is reached may be rejected or placed on a waitlist.
(e) Approved Founding Creators may receive a unique referral code. Confirmed referrals require: (i) valid referral code usage at reservation; (ii) approval as a Founding Creator by Taglo Labs Ltd; and (iii) creation of a profile within the Taglo app after launch.
(f) Taglo Labs Ltd may modify or terminate the Founding Creator programme or its terms at any time with reasonable notice.
Certain monetisation features may require identity verification, age verification, tax information, Stripe Connect onboarding, fraud screening, and compliance reviews.
Standard creators may receive 60% of qualifying net affiliate commissions. Founding creators may receive 70% promotional commission rates during applicable promotional periods.
Taglo may provide creator labels, verification badges, or Founding Creator designations.
Taglo may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend monetisation, terminate accounts, or cooperate with authorities where legally required.
Copyright complaints may be submitted to hello@taglo.social.
Taglo may send account notifications, security alerts, creator updates, and service communications.
Beta or experimental features may be modified, interrupted, or removed at any time without guarantees.
Your use of the Platform is governed by the Taglo Privacy Policy.
Use of the Platform through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or similar marketplaces remains subject to applicable marketplace terms.
Users may request account deletion through in-app settings or by contacting hello@taglo.social.
Taglo may suspend or terminate Platform access at any time for fraud, security, legal, operational, moderation, or compliance reasons.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taglo shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, retailer disputes, or third-party conduct.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taglo and its affiliates from claims arising from their use of the Platform, uploaded content, or violations of law.
Taglo may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove Platform features at any time.
Taglo may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
