Delete Your Taglo Account

You have two ways to delete your account and data:

1. In the app — Open Taglo, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
2. By email — Email hello@taglo.social from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

When you delete your account we remove your profile information, username, uploaded photos and videos, captions, comments, reactions, saved looks, follow relationships, date of birth, and notification tokens.

We may retain a limited amount of information where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, tax obligations, and dispute resolution. Operational logs are typically deleted within 90 days, and backups are purged on a rolling cycle within 90 days. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, certain financial or tax records) are retained only for the period required by law.
